If you have water leaking from behind the wall at the faucet it most likely means the pipes have frozen, and busted. If you leave the hose attached, the water in the pipes can freeze causing the pipes to burst. You can prevent this from happening by insuring the water is turned off, and the hose is disconnected from the spout.
